WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
I cover any area within a 5 mile radius of Bicknacre. Unfortunately anyone outside of this may not be taken on as a client.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Payment is made in advance of your service for the following week. An invoice will be sent to you with your week schedule and payment information. The weeks payment must be made no later than midday Sunday for the following week.
DO YOU TAKE ON REACTIVE DOGS?
I am offering a dog walking service as I am not trained in dog training. This may be something offered in the future but at this stage reactive dogs will not be taken on as clients.
DOES A WALK TIME INCLUDE PICK-UP/DROP-OFF?
The time you choose for your dog walk will be the amount of time your dog will actually be out walking and not from when they leave the house. Therefore, please be aware if you book an hour walk the dog will be walking for a full hour.
WHAT TIME WILL YOU ARRIVE?
Slots will be given for morning, late morning or lunchtime. You will have an hour slot as to when I will arrive. This is due to the nature of work as dogs, weather and traffic can all be unpredictable.
